LoTi Implementation Model - Sustain

Four stages guide the implementation of the LoTi Project: (1) Assess, (2) Plan, (3) Implement, and (4) Sustain.

Stage 4: Sustain
The Sustain stage involves ongoing monitoring of the various LoTi-related activities and interventions occurring districtwide by both the LoTi team and district-level administrators. The monitoring typically includes, but is not limited to: the number of participants successfully completing the LoTi Mentor Certification process; administrator participation in LoTi Administrator Institutes; districtwide increases in classroom LoTi Levels based on annual assessment data and classroom walkthroughs using the LoTi Digital-Age Survey and LoTi Observer, respectively; and increases in student achievement gains based on AYP priorities at targeted LoTi Project Schools in the district. This stage was developed to increase school administrators' expectations regarding learning technology use in the classroom as well as support the LoTi project in the district.
