Stage 2: Plan
The Plan stage involves creating a prescriptive staff development plan based on the LoTi assessment data. LoTi Profiler provides a real-time, easy-to-use, suite of convenient management tools to keep track of every aspect of your school building or district’s interaction with the LoTi Digital-Age Survey. Using the LoTi Profiler online reporting system, administrators at the school building level can determine the most effective professional development strategy for their educators based on the assessment data. The LoTi Technology Use Profile reports and LoTi Digital-Age Professional Development Profile reports available in LoTi Profiler also provide an in-depth outline of each organization’s aggregate LoTi data, from which a prescriptive staff development plan can be identified at the organizational level.
