The LoTi Mentor Certification Institute
is an online course designed to provide building and district administrators, mentors, and lead teachers with the skills, strategies, and resources necessary to move their school building or district to a higher level of teaching innovation (LoTi) as well as improve student achievement. The emphasis is on the processes underlying 21st Century teaching and learning as well as skill development in the area of planning effective staff development at the “Target Technology” levels, conducting clinical observations, and delivering efficient and differentiated instructional technology professional development to staff. This institute will provide you with a data-driven approach to professional development planning and implementation at the building and district levels.
This course includes
45 hours of asynchronous online learning, an electronic copy of the LoTi Mentor manual, and access to the LoTi Mentor Support web site for each participant. Facilitator honorarium is also included.
