LoTi Leadership Symposiums

LoTi Classroom Teacher Series Is your school swamped with curriculum projects, state mandates, and technology infusion programs aimed at improving student achievement?
LoTi (Levels of Teaching Innovation) was designed to harness the critical attributes of these initiatives (e.g., Daggett’s Rigor & Relevance, Marzano’s Research-based Best Practices, and Wiggins and McTighe’s Understanding by Design) into one UNITED EFFORT to improve instruction and maximize student achievement.
The half-day LoTi Leadership Symposium explores the connections between curriculum and digital-age literacy while offering school leaders and curriculum leaders specific strategies to promote 21st Century teaching, learning, and leadership.
LoTi Classroom Teacher Series Participants will:
  • Learn how to integrate the results from the free statewide LoTi Digital-Age Survey into a comprehensive plan of action to transform your schools into 21st Century learning environments.
  • Conduct classroom walkthroughs that promote Quadrant D Learning and Research-based Best Practices in the classroom.
  • Evaluate student learning experiences based on the tenets of H.E.A.T. (Higher order thinking, Engaged learning, Authenticity, Technology use).
  • Develop a plan of action to elevate the Level of Teaching Innovation (LoTi) in your school system based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Explore the LoTi (Level of Teaching Innovation) Framework and its potential to impact curriculum, instruction, and assessment strategies in the classroom.
