Each LoTi Digital-Age School commits to a three-year data-driven professional development plan based on a hybrid learning environment that supports the Cornerstones of Change. The LoTi Digital-Age School program is comprised of over 400 hours of targeted professional development for both campus and district personnel over the three-year implementation period. Each year of implementation focuses on a specific theme designed to to elevate the amount of student H.E.A.T. as the LoTi Digital-Age School progresses toward sustainable independence.

Year I: Building Capacity
Year I focuses on building the critical pedagogical capacity focusing on H.E.A.T., Teach 2.0 methodologies, and the existing digital assets to promote the change process aligned with 21st Century Skills
Year II: Implementing Change
Year II focuses on full-scale implementation of the H.E.A.T. strategies and Teach 2.0 methodologies piloted during Year I with special emphasis on differentiated instruction and collaborative learning environments

Year III: Sustaining Independence
Year III focuses on expanding Teach 2.0 methodologies with 21st Century assessments and refining a sustainable cycle of continuous improvement
