The LMC Program is Three Days Onsite, Two Days Onsite & One Day Online, or 10 weeks online
Dr. Chris Moersch, founder of LoTi (Levels of Teaching Innovation), and his professional development team offer instructional coaches and mentors the tools, strategies, and, most importantly, the will to implement practical solutions for transforming their school systems into digital-age learning environments focused on research-based Digital Age Best Practices.
Both types of session can be adjusted according to the needs of your school/district.
- The Online Only LMC Session allows for completion of the LoTi Mentor Certification program over 10 weeks in the online LoTi Classroom. All courses in the LoTi Classroom are asynchronous; they do not require all participants to be logged into the course at the same time. The intent of the LoTi Classroom is to provide convenient, cost-efficient, high-quality professional development services for participants on their own time schedule.
- The Blended Online/Onsite LMC Session begins with a two-day onsite institute and concludes online in the LoTi Classroom as participants complete their LoTi Mentor Ceritifcation tasks at their convenience over the 4 weeks following the onsite institute. Participants are responsible for their own meals, lodging, and transportation during the onsite portion.
