Turning up the H.E.A.T. on Teaching, Leading, and Learning

Digital age teaching and learning is not a cliché or a frill, but a necessity for those seeking to engage students and improve academic growth. Nationwide, student test score results have shown a steady decline when emphasis is placed on short-term intervention tactics rather than on quality instruction. Using strategic classroom walkthrough protocols and developing S.M.A.R.T. goals that align with the principles of LoTi (Levels of Teaching Innovation) and H.E.A.T. (Higher order thinking, Engaged learning, Authentic connections, and Technology use), today’s instructional leaders are realizing faster results and better instruction when emphasis is placed on the fundamentals embedded in the research-based Digital Age Best Practices.

Dr. Chris Moersch, founder of LoTi (Levels of Teaching Innovation), and his professional development team offer instructional leaders the tools, strategies, and, most importantly, the will to implement practical solutions for transforming their school system into a into a dynamic and engaging learning environment based on the research-based Digital Age Best Practices.

The LAI Program is Two Days Onsite or One Day Onsite & One Day Online

Both types of session can be adjusted according to the needs of your school/district.

  • The Onsite LAI Session includes two days of conference participation, a copy of the LoTi Administrator Institute handouts, and access to the online LoTi Administrator Support site in the LoTi Classroom. • The Blended Online/Onsite LAI Session begins with a two-day onsite institute and concludes online in the LoTi Classroom as participants complete their LoTi Mentor Ceritifcation tasks at their convenience over the 4 weeks following the onsite institute.
